Thomas Ndayiragije Joins Vesper's Network 21 Project in Africa

Network 21, Vesper's collaborative project with OIKOSNET, is designed to create new opportunities for leadership using global electronic communication as a tool. The project is based on the model of providing training and support to leaders in a region so that they can then teach others at the local level.

Thomas Ndayiragije is the first person to be selected to fulfill this role. He will work closely with local Network 21 Training Centers to develop and offer workshops and training for staff of local centers. He will also see that the project's activities are closely coordinated with the ACLCA (Association of Christian Lay Centres in Africa) program. Prior to joining the Network 21 project team, Thomas worked with the Conflict Resolution and Peace Building Programme in South Africa.
